It’s almost here!

Things are in place for Saturday’s big event!  There will be about 200 people in attendance for the day, and hopefully a big turnout for the evening concert!  Tell all your friends to come check us out at 7pm, if you haven’t already!

Hotel Group Rate Information

Everyone interested in obtaining a hotel room (Friday and Saturday nights) at the group rate MUST let me know this week how many rooms you need. It’s on a first come, first served basis. We currently have 20 rooms blocked, but can add a block at another hotel if we need more. After that, you’ll be on your own. We will post additional hotel information later. Email to beamaycup@comcast.net and let me know # of rooms, what corps and who’s paying for it (individual or corps).
